This is a full‑time, on‑site role as a Loan Underwriter located in Mayfair, London. The Underwriter will evaluate and analyze commercial mortgages and bridge loans and assess risks associated with each lending opportunity. Key responsibilities include conducting in‑depth financial analysis, performing due diligence, preparing credit approval documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.

• Expertise in risk assessment, financial analysis, and credit evaluation
• Proficiency in data analysis and due diligence processes
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate lending, lending practices, and compliance
• Well‑developed analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in underwriting real‑estate loans is a must
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a master’s degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA or ACCA) being advantageous
