Senior Portfolio Analyst FTC; Perm potential

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a global REIT on their search for a Senior Portfolio Analyst to join their Asset Management team in London.

The role offers exposure to a high-quality, diversified real estate portfolio and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to support investment and asset management decision-making.

The Role:

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will deliver financial analysis and portfolio reporting across office, industrial and residential assets, supporting strategy at asset, portfolio and board level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial modelling and analysis using Excel and Argus Enterprise
• Support investment returns analysis, risk assessment and strategy
• Assist with valuations and capital forecasting
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting
• Prepare presentations and board-level reports
• Provide ad-hoc analytical support to the Asset Management team

About You:

• Experience with in the investment property / REIT environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong modelling capability
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Proactive, collaborative and commercially minded
• Experience with Power BI or Argus beneficial but not essential
