What you’ll be doing- Designing and delivering asset business plans aligned to fund strategies
- Managing asset performance, optimising income and ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Taking responsibility for asset‑level P&L, including Gross and Net Operating Income
- Identifying and implementing value‑add initiatives across individual assets and the wider portfolio
- Leading sustainability activity across allocated assets and updating ESG data platforms
- Monitoring, forecasting and interpreting performance data to support reporting and valuations
- Collaborating with internal teams, property management partners and specialist consultants
- Sharing ideas, championing innovation and contributing to a sector‑leading portfolio
- Experience managing residential or living sector assets
- Strong understanding of housing sector regulations, best practice and performance metrics
- Proven ability to develop and execute asset strategies
- Confidence in financial modelling, scenario analysis and data‑led decision‑making
- Knowledge of sustainability frameworks and regulatory requirements
- Ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- A curious, self‑motivated and team‑oriented approach
- MRICS or equivalent qualification preferred, alongside degree‑level education
