Head of Finance

A Head of Finance role has arisen in a global manufacturing business based near Twickenham, West London. The company operates as a leading provider in the design, manufacturing and construction sector, utilising the latest technology to deliver market leading quality. With a projected revenue increase of 30% in 2025, the business is investing in facilities to strengthen regional supply chains and cost management while growing into new regions.

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Run the day‑to‑day finance department as number 2 to the Finance Director.
• Lead statutory accounting, tax and compliance.
• Oversee all transactional finance.
• Transform systems and processes through automation.
• Lead the period‑end close.
• Lead the year‑end audit.

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
• Demonstrable experience within an international organisation with various jurisdictions.
• Strong financial control and commercial finance experience.
• Capable of leading the day‑to‑day running of the finance department.
• Able to create and foster a great culture.
• Experience in automating processes.
• Thrives within a growing business and change environment.
• Strong business partner who can influence, challenge and bring stakeholders on a journey.
• US GAAP knowledge.

Competitive base salary: £95,000–£115,000, commensurate with experience.
