About the CompanyThis is a fast-growing specialist finance brokerage with a proven track record across commercial investment, bridging, development and owner-occupier finance. With one of the strongest datasets in the UK market, they consistently close more cases with the British Business Bank than any other brokerage.
A major network of 4,000 advisers is already signed to join their system from January, with further networks lined up to integrate, creating exceptional lead flow and ongoing demand. With serious investment behind them and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to bring seven more brokers into the team.
About the Specialist Mortgage Broker RoleAs a Specialist Mortgage Broker, you will have access to an abundance of leads, along with qualified appointments pre-set by the administration team to help you grow your own client book, benefiting from a higher commission split for self-generated business. You will work on a wide range of specialist finance cases, including bridging, commercial, buy-to-let, portfolio buy-to-let, and development finance. To excel in this role, it is essential that you have experience and knowledge in one or more of these specialist property finance areas.
- Manage enquiries from a strong database and external network
- Build and nurture a pipeline through consistent outbound calls and long-term relationship management
- Progress applications from enquiry through to completion with full support from internal teams
- Convert warm leads generated from the company’s expanding network integrations
- Maintain accurate records using the firm’s new CRM and integrated communication systems
- Attend one-to-one commercial training sessions covering investment, development, refurbishment, and owner-occupier lending

- Experience in commercial mortgages, bridging, development, or buy-to-let
- Strong commercial awareness and client-facing communication skills
- Able to work independently and stay disciplined, especially if remote
- Motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- For self-employed roles: a track record of self-generation is highly advantageous
