You'll collaborate with product, legal, compliance, fraud, and risk teams, while managing external partners to ensure scalable, compliant financial offerings. • Lead operational strategy for new credit products and major UK expansion.
• Join a well-funded fintech backed by top-tier VCs, operating at speed.
• Shape scalable, compliant operational frameworks that drive future product growth.

• Serve as the key operational link between Product, Legal, Compliance, Fraud, Risk, and external partners.
• Manage day‑to‑day relationships with partner banks and third‑party providers.
• Build scalable processes for new credit products and monitor reporting to detect trends and anomalies.

• 4+ years of experience in program management, operations, payments, banking, or card program management.
• Excellent communicator with strong problem‑framing and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to run complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives end‑to‑end.
