Accounts Payable Assistant

My client is a well-established, global company that is currently looking for an interim Accounts Payable Assistant to join their large finance department.

• Responsible for matching, batching and coding.
• Processing a high volume of supplier invoices.
• Dealing with supplier and freelancer queries.
• Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Processing freelancer expenses.
• Running reports.
• Setting up supplier accounts.
• Monitoring KPI's.

• Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Efficient data entry skills.
• Experience working with finance systems is desirable.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK full time without restriction.
