Location: Greater London
A small prestigious international bank is seeking a conscientious individual to assist a team of Relationship Managers in Private Banking.
Your duties will be varied to include:
- Assisting with KYC procedures: onboarding clients, conducting reviews, and performing CDD
- Handling account openings, processing debit/credit card requests for clients, and addressing transaction inquiries
- Providing assistance to clients during branch visits
- Maintaining Private Banking diary and client files
Your experience must include:
- Proven relevant experience in Private Banking including account opening processes and KYC/CDD
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Proficiency in MS Office:
Excel, Power Point - Arabic language skills would be advantageous
This role will be working 5 days a week in the London office.
