Are you an ambitious finance professional looking to grow your career in a creative, fast-paced environment? Our client, a leading design and build company based in London, is seeking a Finance Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic finance team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in the design and construction industry to develop their skills and gain exposure across all areas of finance.

• Support with bank reconciliations and monthly reporting
• Prepare and process invoices, expenses, and purchase orders
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end procedures
• Liaise with suppliers and project teams to ensure smooth financial operations
• Support the Finance Manager with finance and administrative tasks
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing

• Strong numerical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude

• Work within a creative, collaborative environment that values innovation and design
