Your Role

As a Finance Administrator
, you'll bring precision and pro activity to:

  • Allocating client account receipts and managing daily bank transactions.
  • Settling insurance premiums, refunds, and commissions with insurers.
  • Handling insurer and client payment queries with professionalism.
  • Supporting reconciliation processes and assisting with year-end accounting.
  • Ensuring compliance with FCA rules on client money.
What Were Looking For

Were seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You'll need:

  • At least 3 years experience in a finance role (insurance or FCA-regulated experience is a bonus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas) and experience with accounting systems.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A discreet and professional approach to handling sensitive information.
  • The ability to commute to the Hendon office 2 days a week.
