Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking a motivated End-to-End KYC Coordinator to join the Client Services team. This entry‑level role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the full KYC lifecycle, supporting onboarding, recertification, and off‑boarding of corporate and financial institution clients.

You will act as a key point of contact between the business, clients and other key internal stakeholders, helping to ensure KYC processes are efficient, client‑focused and compliant with regulatory standards.

This role is ideal for graduates or early‑career professionals looking to start a career in financial services operations and compliance.

What You’ll Do End‑to‑End Coordination

• Support the KYC process across onboarding, recertification, and off‑boarding for a variety of clients.
• Help identify and escale any issues or risks that may block KYC progress.
• Assist teams in Lisbon and India to ensure smooth workflow and consistent service for clients.

Client Relationship Support

• Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients during the KYC process.
• Learn to build positive relationships with strategic clients and internal teams.
• Support a client‑focused approach, ensuring a seamless experience for all clients.

Onboarding & Recertification

• Assist in collecting and verifying client documentation in line with regulatory and internal requirements.
• Support monitoring of KYC workloads to ensure timely completion and zero overdue files.
• Work with internal teams to support KYC Master and extension processes.

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with interest in financial services, compliance or operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with colleagues and clients.
• Highly organized with good time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and support multiple stakeholders.
