Wealth Management Administrator (Client Operations Advisor)
Hybrid working, 2 days from home and 3 days from our Central London office

TheOpportunity
The Client Operations Adviser role will be a key part of our advice team and will focus on providing first‑class administration support to the client services team to assist in delivering high quality advice to clients. Within this role, the Client Operations Adviser will have the opportunity of working closely with some of the top Financial Planners in the country.
Candidate Profile- Experience with in a fast‑paced administration role (ideally within financial services)
- A strong client ethos for both existing clients and colleagues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, competence, confidence and proactivity
- Ability to meet deadlines and be commercially astute
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexible, driven and determined
- Proactive and highly organised
- IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Xplan)
- Sponsorship for relevant professional exams and study leave
- On‑the‑job and structured training in various disciplines
