Financial Analyst, Risk Manager/Analyst
To support Just’s ambitious growth plans, we are recruiting a DB Pricing Analyst to join our DB (Defined Benefit) Pricing team. The role will involve supporting the DB team in their objectives to deliver a market leading Bulk Annuity service and grow in line with our business plan.

Key responsibilities- Deliver accurate and timely DB new business quotations as a key member of the Pricing team.
- Build strong technical knowledge of DB Pricing systems and tools, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and innovation.
- Support and lead ad hoc activities including data analysis, proposition development, systems testing and process improvement.
- Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability by embracing change, new ideas and technology.
- Promote a collaborative and engaged culture within the DB Pricing team.
- Develop technical skills, including coding, to enhance models, tools and processes.
- Work closely with DB Reinsurance and Commercial teams to deliver competitive, market leading propositions.
- Strong numeracy, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good IT skills, including Excel and programming, with a willingness to learn new tools.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Understanding of actuarial principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with DB pension scheme benefits and regulation, and life insurance principles, is desirable.
- Experience in pensions, insurance or financial services is desirable but not essential.
