Our client is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Analyst to join an established business in North‑East England. This is a permanent opportunity, with the chance to play a key role in the ongoing optimisation and support of Workday Financials.

As a Workday Financials Analyst, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and continuous improvement of the existing Workday Financials platform. You will work closely with finance and technology stakeholders to ensure the system meets business needs and supports accurate financial reporting and processes.

• Provide functional support and configuration for Workday Financials modules
• Act as a subject matter expert for Workday Financials processes and best practices
• Support system enhancements, testing, and deployments
• Collaborate with finance teams to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Troubleshoot issues and manage system changes and upgrades
• Support reporting and data integrity within Workday Financials

• Proven experience working with Workday Financials (essential)
• Strong understanding of financial processes and systems
• Experience with configuration, testing, and system support
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
