Manager, Investments, Student - Global REIT

Cobalt are delighted to be supporting a global real estate investment manager and REIT with a significant international platform across Europe, the UK, Asia-Pacific, and the US. The business is actively growing its student housing portfolio and is seeking an experienced Investment Manager to play a key role in driving performance and value creation.

This is a rare opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure across investments and asset management, working on high-quality, institutional assets within a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

• Lead investment transactions from origination through to execution
• Build and deliver asset and marketing strategies to optimise income and value
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and reporting
• Drive cashflow enhancement and asset repositioning initiatives
• Work closely with property managers, advisors, and external stakeholders
• Produce market intelligence to support portfolio strategy

• 8+ years' experience in real estate investment and/or asset management
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen
• Solid understanding of global real estate markets
• Proactive, analytical, and comfortable operating autonomously
