Our client is a highly successful Business Lender with an enviable track record of long term growth and profitability.

As a result of this continued success the business wants to appoint a talented individual that has significant commercial lending experience. Ideally they are looking for a skilled lending Banker with experience of both debt and property banking. They would also consider individuals with experience of corporate finance restructuring or recoveries.

This individual will be required to analyse, assess and review the current corporate lending portfolio and make detailed recommendations in terms of the ongoing management of this portfolio and implement strategies to ensure long term success. This role will also help to determine the long term lending policies ensuring that customer outcomes are maximised whilst ensuring the business aims are maximised.

The ideal candidate will have significant commercial lending experience, will have evaluated and worked out difficult situations and will have significant relationship skills. Building strong and long term relationships with clients, colleagues and service providers will be essential.

• Analyse, assess and review the current corporate lending portfolio.
• Make detailed recommendations for ongoing portfolio management and implement strategies for long-term success.
• Help determine long-term lending policies to maximise customer outcomes and achieve business aims.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, colleagues and service providers.

• Significant commercial lending experience.
• Experience of debt and property banking.
• Experience in corporate finance restructuring or recoveries is desirable.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
