Level Infinite is Tencent’s global gaming brand. It is a global game publisher offering a comprehensive network of services for games, development teams, and studios around the world. We are dedicated to delivering engaging and original gaming experiences to a worldwide audience, whenever and wherever they choose to play while building a community that fosters inclusivity, connection, and accessibility. • Partner with the external studio to define, refine, and uphold the game’s creative vision and core pillars.
• Ensure coherence between narrative, gameplay, world, characters, systems, and art direction.
• Provide high-quality, structured feedback on creative concepts, prototypes, and feature designs.
• Champion innovative ideas that elevate player experience, pacing, and engagement.
• Evaluate core gameplay loops, player progression, combat/movement systems, and long-term engagement mechanics.
• Support tuning of difficulty, encounters, and reward structures to achieve intended player motivations.
• Guide world building direction, tone, atmosphere, and thematic consistency.
• Review narrative concepts, mission design, quest flows, and environmental storytelling.
• Ensure player motivations and emotional beats align with overall game vision.
• Collaborate closely with Design, Art, Narrative, Audio, Tech, and Production teams at both Tencent and partner studios.
• Advocate for player experience, readability, and onboarding clarity.

• Shipped AAA action / shooter / open-world title.
• Strong ability to articulate and refine creative vision across multiple disciplines.
• Deep understanding of gameplay systems, combat design, progression, and player motivations.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with multi-site, multicultural teams and influencing without authority.
• Passion for games, with a broad knowledge of industry trends, genres, and player expectations.
