Location: Greater London
Wildlife Entertainment is seeking an experienced Senior Day-to-Day Manager to work closely with selected artists on our roster. This role sits within a highly respected management company and requires someone who is professional, proactive, detail-driven, and an exceptional communicator. A minimum of five years’ experience in the music industry is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee album and single release campaigns, including all promotional activity.
- Lead the execution of artist projects, maintaining momentum and anticipating challenges.
- Support extensive touring schedules, ensuring smooth planning and delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for artists, managing both professional and personal needs while providing clear, consistent communication across all teams.
- Manage complex diaries, including booking recording sessions, travel, accommodation, and all logistical requirements.
- Oversee recording, touring, and project budgets with accuracy and accountability.
- Represent artists in professional environments, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring needs are met; includes travel to shows, sessions, and public appearances.
- Collaborate with digital and campaign teams to coordinate the artist’s online presence and fan engagement in line with campaign strategy.
- Oversee the management and development of the artist’s merchandise business.
- Demonstrable senior day-to-day management experience with a recognised artist.
- Strong track record in release planning and campaign rollout.
- Touring experience, including routing and scheduling, both independently and alongside external tour managers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Reliable, composed under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Basis:
Full-time, London-based. Hours and travel as required by the artist.
