About Kinda Dusty Ltd:

Kinda Dusty Ltd is a global producer of concerts and live theatre productions, producing over 650 performances each year. We are an ever growing company that has built a reputation for producing world class entertainment both in the UK and internationally. Our shows play at concert halls, cathedrals and number one theatres across the globe, reaching up to 15,000 patrons per week.

To date, Kinda Dusty have produced over 2000 concerts with their ‘Concerts by Candlelight’ series. These include; the first ever live rock concert at St Paul’s Cathedral, 4 tours of Australia and New Zealand, performances at the Coca-Cola Arena
- Dubai and The Etihad Arena
- Abu Dhabi, a sellout concert at Carnegie Hall-New York and several performances in London’s West End including a recent sell out at The London Palladium.

Duties include:

  • Liaising with venue staff to ensure the smooth delivery of a production
  • Driving equipment, by van, to and from venues and completing load in and load out.
  • Ensuring artists are supported and informed throughout an event
  • Supporting venue setup - this could include numbering seats and seating zones and setting up candles etc
  • Ensuring all artists and event staff stick to the event schedule
  • Dealing with any customer queries or complaints on site
  • Post event feedback to our production office via a show report
  • Administrative work to support office staff
  • Capturing content for our social media platforms

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Excellent team leadership skills
  • The ability to develop and manage existing relationships with venues
  • Must be able to drive a van
  • Must have full UK Driving License

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience of working as a stage manager/company manager within theatre
  • Experience of project/event management
  • Access to a reliable vehicle suitable for transporting event equipment (a van would be advantageous). Mileage expenses reimbursed in line with company policy.
  • Top of the range healthcare package with Bupa

Successful applicants will be required to work 40 hours each week (mostly on site at events across the UK). Some overseas work may be required. All accommodation and travel costs will be covered.
