Assistant Artist Manager

Our client, a reputable music agency, is seeking an experienced Assistant Artist Manager to join their team on an urgent basis. This is a hands-on role supporting the operational and logistical needs of artists, requiring someone who can hit the ground running.

This position is ideal for someone with solid artist management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the variety of working across visas, travel, and comprehensive artist support.

• Visa Processing: Managing and processing artist visa applications efficiently and accurately
• Travel & Accommodation: Booking and coordinating all travel arrangements and accommodation for artists
• Artist Concierge Services: Providing organisational support and concierge-style services to ensure artists' needs are met
• Day-to-Day Management: Acting as a key point of contact for artists, handling administrative and logistical tasks with professionalism

  Experience:
  
  You must have previous experience working within an artist management agency. Experience as a personal assistant to a band or artist will not be suitable for this role
• Visa Knowledge: Familiarity with artist visa processes and requirements
• Organisational Excellence: Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Proactive Approach: Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Flexibility: Available to start immediately and comfortable with the demands of the music industry
