Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: London
Duration: Full‑time Contractor (February – September)

Momentum works with American Express on high‑profile activations across sporting, cultural and entertainment events, from The Championships, Wimbledon to Premier League events and music festivals such as BST Hyde Park, Roundhay Festival and All Points East. As Senior Account Manager you will partner closely with the Account Director to deliver event experiences that elevate the American Express brand and enhance card‑member engagement.

• Lead the delivery of American Express’ key brand experience and partnership campaigns with a focus on global music festivals.
• Collaborate on crafting unique, innovative brand experiences around flagship properties, coordinating with production teams and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships with key partners and agency teams.
• Ensure seamless integration of inter‑agency disciplines (Strategy, Creative, Production) to translate briefs into inspiring project plans.
• Build strong relationships with partners in the music and entertainment industry.
• Manage budgets and billing structures, ensuring agency efficiency and profitability.
• Establish a trusted partnership with clients to align programs with brand and business objectives.
• Deliver flawless, premium experiences and push for the highest standards.
• Provide detailed, client‑focused service and identify growth opportunities.
• Offer leadership and support to internal teams, fostering career progression for direct reports.

• Experience in partnership activation, brand experience delivery and relationship management.
• Strong understanding of partnerships and brand experience in the music & entertainment space.
• Track record of working on flagship partnerships, sponsor ships and activations.
• Ability to manage complex activation projects to an exceptional standard.
• Agency mindset with familiarity of briefs, budgets and internal processes.
• Tenacious, can‑do attitude and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent deck writing, communication, project management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, growth‑oriented thinking with the ability to drive projects forward.
• Comfortable with flexible working hours during events.
