* Key responsibilities:
Handling sports wagers across multiple channels (phone, text, email, live chat), often during busy or time-sensitive periods. Providing consistently high-quality customer service and support to a varied client base. Using creativity to build and price daily specials for higher-value customers. Keeping a close eye on trading positions and managing exposure. Reviewing customer activity, limits, and patterns to inform decision-making. Staying well-informed on all major sports, with particular focus on horse racing and football.
Completing safer gambling reviews in line with internal compliance standards. What were looking for:
Strong all-round sports knowledge. A solid grasp of betting fundamentals. Confident numeracy skills, plus the ability to work with data and Excel. Some awareness of online casino products, providers, and promotional mechanics is a bonus. Calm under pressure, with good judgement in fast-moving situations. A collaborative mindset, and the flexibility to cover weekend and evening shifts
