Tripledot Games is a leading developer and publisher of casual and puzzle games, with a strong presence in London, Warsaw and Barcelona. The studio is responsible for multiple top 10 titles including Woodoku, Woodoku Blast, Solitaire and Triple Tile.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and own a single game, or multiple games roadmap
  • Own the quality standard of the games and articulate the balance between speed & quality.
  • Drive the games to find the balance to be both innovative and be able to take gut risks while still being data and market driven leveraging best in class practices and examples.
  • Business Accountability & Strategy:
    Own the "North Star" strategy for the game
  • Assure organizational alignment on how we're going to win (Product, Growth, Monetization)
  • Oversee delivery Actual vs Plan and problem solve
  • Plan and and track the organization capabilities required (head count, budgets, external support)
  • Game Development:
    Own high level schedule for Game development and product delivery
  • Ownership of monitoring systems, processes and incident management
  • Set target and forecasts from the game performance Guide and own the game roadmap
  • Responsible for championing their games within Tripledot as well being able to pull in best practices, processes and technology from the greater Tripledot to their games.
  • Go-to expert within Tripledot for designated Game/s - invited to give opinion/contribute to key projects - engage true breadth and depth of professional / industry knowledge in a meaningful and impactful way at Tripledot.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • 5 years experience at Associate Product Director level or comparable, ideally in Casual Mobile Games
  • Setting and implementing strategic Game direction, aligning with day to day operations and wider business alignment.
  • Accountable for delivery against objectives and financial metrics.
  • Previous experience with new Game development through to worldwide launch
  • Expert knowledge of the ‘Games ecosystem’ eg competitor landscape including past and present key players, relevant and irrelevant, to your specific genre.
  • Insight into DAU, Spend and Monetisation of competitors as well as feature rollouts and their potential impact.
  • Able to create the strategy and identify market opportunities in the ecosystem such as new games, new features, new UA campaigns etc...
