Location: Greater London

Role:
Full-time - Hybrid (3 days in-office, 1 weekend every 12 weeks from your cozy spot)

As a Travel and Touring Specialist, you’ll work with some of the most complex and high-profile clients in the entertainment world. With an expanded portfolio of global artists and a demand for precision, you’ll be the virtuoso behind the seamless journeys that keep our clients shining in the spotlight.

Your Set List
As a Travel and Touring Specialist, you’ll elevate the travel experience to new heights, ensuring that every detail of your clients’ itineraries is perfectly orchestrated. With the ability to manage intricate reissues, last-minute changes, and bespoke arrangements, you’ll be the go-to expert for artists and their teams.

* Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and VIP services for complex, high-profile clients.

* Manage intricate and last-minute changes, including reissues and adjustments to itineraries.

* Oversee logistics for global tours and special events, ensuring seamless travel for artists and their entourages.

* Expand and nurture relationships with artists, management, and industry partners to ensure their preferences and needs are anticipated and exceeded.

* Leverage GDS systems (Galileo preferred) to manage bookings with precision and efficiency.

* Provide elite customer service and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Rockstar Requirements

* Experience:

2-3 years in a travel-related role, preferably within the entertainment or luxury travel sectors.

* Reissue Expertise:
Proficiency in handling reissues, refunds, and other complex booking modifications.

* Portfolio Management:
Experience managing an expanded client portfolio with complex needs, including high-profile artists.

* Tech-Savvy:
Skilled with GDS systems (Galileo included) and other industry tools.

* Detail-Oriented: A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every itinerary is flawless.

* Relationship Builder:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and partners.

* Dynamic Team Player:
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while contributing to team success.
