We’re working with a leading live entertainment company to hire a Ticketing Manager to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to step up from a box office or ticketing role into a broader ticketing management function. This role is perfect for the right candidate ready to continue to grow their career in live events.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage ticket allocations, sales tracking, and post-event reconciliation
- Maintain accurate ticket inventory across all sales channels
- Liaise with ticket agents, venues, marketing, and customer service teams
- Support on-the-day box office operations for events
- Help ensure revenue targets and contractual obligations are met
- Assist in implementing and optimising ticketing processes
- 2+ years’ experience in box office, ticket management, or client account roles
- Experience in ticket agencies, theatres, music venues, promoters, or theatre groups
- Proactive, organised, and keen to learn
- Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
