Client Relationship Executive; Precious Metals

Our client is a leading precious metals company specializing in gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion products. With a strong global customer base and secure storage facilities, the company operates both online and retail channels, delivering high-value assets with strict compliance and operational excellence.

• Provide a polished and personalised over-the-counter experience to walk-in clients, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service excellence
• Manage high-value purchase and sale transactions of precious metals with precision, integrity, and strict adherence to company protocols
• Build strong rapport and long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment objectives and delivering tailored support
• Offer prompt, articulate, and solutions-driven assistance via email and phone, maintaining a premium service standard across all communication channels
• Educate clients on market insights, product offerings, storage solutions, and the strategic benefits of precious metals
• Handle sensitive financial transactions and confidential information with the utmost discretion and compliance
• Maintain meticulous transaction records and ensure operational excellence in a secure environment

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Banking, or related discipline preferred
• At least 1 to 3 years of experience in banking, call center environment or any premium customer service environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and polished customer-facing mannerism
• High levels of integrity, discretion and accountability when handling high-value transactions
