Creative; Gaming Campaigns

The Opportunity

We're looking for an ideas-first Gaming Creative with 5-7 years' experience across gaming and social creative. This is a concept-heavy role for someone who thrives on ideation, can flex across a wide range of briefs, and understands how to create work that genuinely resonates within gaming communities.

You'll play a key role in developing culturally relevant campaigns, platform-native ideas and community-led activations - from pitch stage through to execution.

• Lead ideation and concept development across gaming and social briefs

• Create platform-native ideas for Reddit, Discord, X and emerging community spaces

• Contribute to and present in pitches

• Collaborate with strategy, social, design and production teams to bring ideas to life

• Push creative standards and help evolve the gaming offering

• 5-7 years' experience in gaming and social creative (agency or gaming company experience preferred)

• Deeply immersed in gaming culture - you understand the nuance, language and communities

• Strong understanding of Reddit, Discord, X and how gaming audiences behave across platforms

• Proven track record of big ideas and culturally relevant activations

• Confident presenter with pitch experience

• Comfortable responding to varied and fast-moving client asks

• London-based and comfortable with hybrid working (3 days in office)
