Bar Staff

What You’ll Do:

• Serve drinks efficiently and with a smile, especially during busy match days, DJ nights, and events.
• Foster a warm and inclusive environment for both regulars and newcomers.
• Engage with customers about the sports on display or the events taking place, enhancing their experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless daily operations, particularly during big game events and weekend entertainment.

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• A passion for live sports, music, or the ability to engage customers about ongoing games and events.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during key sporting events and entertainment nights.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Previous experience in bar, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not essential, we provide comprehensive training.
