Moonbug Entertainment is seeking a full-time Senior Label Operations Coordinator to support the Music team. This role is based in our London office in the heart of Camden Town. Moonbug is an award-winning global entertainment company behind brands including CoComelon and Blippi. The company distributes content across more than 150 video platforms globally (e.g., Netflix, Disney+, BBC iPlayer, You Tube Kids) and leads in pre-school music and audio experiences across 100+ platforms.
Moonbug brands extend beyond the screen to include streaming music, toys, games, books, live events, and theme park exhibits.

Moonbug is seeking a full-time Senior Label Operations Coordinator to support the Music team. This role is based in our London office in Camden Town. You will be working with some of the biggest brands in family entertainment, a fast-growing music genre. This is an opportunity to continue progressing and growing your music industry experience.
The successful candidate will be proactive, self-motivated with a proven track record in a label or music distribution environment, with a strong desire to learn and develop. You will be digitally confident, highly organised, detail-oriented and able to adapt to new challenges.
You will be responsible for the operational aspects of our music releases, from managing music assets and metadata to optimising workflows, as well as tracking and reporting on the usage of our copyright and trademarks across music platforms. You will take a leading role in the day-to-day running of the music label, including planning, execution and development of new processes to enhance the team s effectiveness.
You will manage the release schedule of our IPs, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Managing release schedules and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of albums, EPs and singles.
- Oversee the delivery of new music assets to the label team, leading the quality control of metadata in collaboration with the publishing team.
- Develop and implement new processes to optimise the day-to-day workflow between the music production and label operations teams.
- Manage and maintain the label s catalogue on our internal database.
- Support with the creative and strategic planning of releases, providing input to optimise content on DSPs.
- Work independently, managing and prioritising multiple high-level projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
- Track the usage of our copyright across digital platforms and liaise with the relevant legal departments to make claims on unauthorised usage.
- Monitor for unauthorised use of our trademarks, compiling evidence and submitting takedown requests to the internal legal department.
- Ensure Moonbug music content is fingerprinted, claimed, and monetized on social media platforms.
- Proven experience within a record label or music distribution company.
- Experience in managing music release schedules and coordinating asset delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of music metadata standards and best practices.
- A strong understanding of music copyright and trademark principles.
- Experience with rights management systems (e.g., You Tube Content ) and digital rights enforcement.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- A working understanding of music contracts and licensing.
- A demonstrable passion for music and the entertainment industry.
- Understanding of current industry trends.
- Experience of supervising junior members of the team.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting with an ability to track performance.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
