The Role

As an Optical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers and delivering outstanding customer service
Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
Ensuring a smooth, friendly handover to the optometrist
Dispensing glasses and providing product advice
Fitting and repairing spectacles
Supporting with contact lens teaches
Completing general administration duties
