• Greet all visitors to the showroom, creating a warm and professional first impression
• Manage the customer waiting area and ensure it is clean, welcoming, and well‑presented
• Answer and direct incoming calls and enquiries
• Assist with booking appointments and keeping the showroom diary up to date
• Support the sales and service teams with day‑to‑day customer needs
• Help coordinate test drives and vehicle handovers
• Keep customer information confidential and ensure GDPR compliance
• Represent the Toyota brand with enthusiasm, professionalism, and care in your role as Host

• Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality, reception, or similar environments
• A professional, confident, and welcoming manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Smart personal presentation and punctuality
• Ability to act as a central Host presence in a busy, premium showroom
