The role

As a Staffing Coordinator, you’ll manage the end‑to‑end delivery of event staffing projects, including:

  • Managing multiple live event projects simultaneously, both in‑office and on‑site
  • Working closely with clients to build and Resolution strong, long‑term relationships
  • Recruiting, interviewing, selecting, booking, and scheduling temporary event staff and crew
  • Updating events, shifts, and rosters in Rosterfy (our workforce scheduling software)
  • Reviewing CVs, briefing and motivating staff, and leading on‑site teams throughout the event lifecycle (from planning to payroll)
  • Supporting database management and performance monitoring (providing feedback, recognising great work, and addressing any issues)
  • Maintaining clear communication with project teams, workforce, and stakeholders
  • Assisting with crisis management and contingency planning
  • Conducting post‑event evaluations, gathering feedback from staff and clients, and implementing improvements
About you
  • formulate 1+ year’s experience in live event delivery or similar work experience
  • Experience using workforce scheduling software (preferably Rosterfy) is advantageous
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
  • Flexible and available for evenings and weekends as required (essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about working in a collaborative team
  • Willing to travel to events across the UK as needed (this could include most/all events in the calendar)
  • UK resident with full right to live and work in the United Kingdom

The package
  • Starting salary from £27,000 per annum (pro‑rata)
  • An extra day off for every weekend day / bank holiday worked on an event
