Essential Job Functions:

* ** Events**  + Create and deliver an events portfolio that is comprised of L&W iGaming-hosted conferences, virtual events and industry trade shows that are impactful and flawlessly executed.  + Manage multiple, complex programs successfully in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with minimal support.  + Execute all industry program and event elements including securing exhibit space, working with our exhibit vendor, placing show orders and services, booth layout and design work, staffing schedules, sponsor ships, graphic production, and attendee engagement activities.  

+ Create and deliver a schedule of events internally across the year to educate and celebrate key milestones in the business.
* ** Merchandise**  + Oversee the strategy, production, and distribution of iGaming-branded merchandise for events and internal activations.  + Manage merchandise budget and all deliveries across EU, UK and ROW.
* ** Reporting Structure**  + Reports into the Head of iGaming Communications & Brand Marketing
** Key Responsibilities**:
* Plan, organize, and execute gaming events, including product launches, tournaments, and community gatherings.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling marketing campaigns and event experiences.
* Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Cultivate relationships with influencers, media, and key industry stakeholders to amplify brand messaging.
* Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
* Ensure consistent and cohesive brand messaging across all event initiatives.
* To maximize cross-team collaboration and support in-the-moment creative and innovate connections with colleagues, the role is expected to work in the L&W office 3 days out of the week.
** Qualifications
* *** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in events management.
** Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
*** Proven experience in event management within the gaming or related industry.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing and event concepts.
* Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
