The OpportunityAn entertainment powerhouse are looking to hire a Talent Manager to build & grow a roster of creators of their own; whilst helping talent expand into broadcast, podcasting and longer‑form IP too.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the creator economy but is equally excited by building long‑term careers beyond pure social media. You’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping long‑term strategy, securing commercial opportunities, and helping talent evolve into multi‑platform brands.

The RoleAs Talent Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management and strategic development of a roster of creators. You’ll lead on digital brand partnerships while also identifying and developing opportunities across broadcast, podcasting & publishing.
You’ll work closely with talent to understand their ambitions, build sustainable revenue streams, and guide their long‑term growth—acting as both commercial lead and trusted partner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a roster of digital‑first creators across platforms such as You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram
- Lead strategy and execution of brand partnerships, from pitching and negotiation through to delivery and reporting
- Proactively identify and sign new talent – from up and coming creators to established names
- Identify and develop opportunities beyond brand deals, including broadcast projects, podcasts, books, live formats and original IP
- Work closely with talent to shape long‑term career plans, positioning and brand identity
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, broadcasters, publishers & production partners
- Support talent on shoots, recordings, meetings and industry events when required
- Work closely with a team of Talent Assistants & Junior Talent Managers, helping to guide & mentor
- Draft, redline & negotiate complex contracts, securing favourable deliverables and outcomes for your talent
- Sign
- 3+ years experience of managing talent across the creator/digital or entertainment space
- Strong track record securing and negotiating brand partnerships, across a range of verticals
- A genuine passion for developing talent across broadcast, podcasting, publishing and IP
- Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills
- Commercially minded, strategic and highly organised
