Key Responsibilities- Develop complex CRM plans that inspire and engage
- Own strategy translation into executable campaigns.
- Champion customer‑centric communication across channels.
- Oversee campaign analysis and continuous improvement.
- Proven and substantial experience and track record in CRM & customer‑centric communication and CRM planning
- Strong presentation skills and data storytelling expertise to engage stakeholders.
- Strong analytical & reporting skills.
Experience in CRM strategy within betting, gaming or sports would be highly beneficial.
THIS IS A FTC FOR 12 TO 14 MONTHS and offers a generous salary, excellent benefits and a bonus.
The role is London based but hybrid so 1 day a week typically required in the office.
