Position Overview

Natural Motion Games seeks a Licensing & Partnerships Coordinator for its Racing studio to support the CSR Racing franchise. The role manages submission, approval, and reporting of licensed content across development, marketing, and paid channels while coordinating with internal teams and external licensors.

Responsibilities
  • Manage submission, approval, and reporting of licensed content for racing games across development, marketing, and paid channels.
  • Track and triage licensor feedback, coordinate with internal teams to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
  • Communicate progress and licensing status to internal stakeholders and external licensors.
  • Collaborate with vehicle content team and third‑party licensors to ensure alignment on approvals.
Qualifications
  • Organizational skills: manage multiple brands and deliver on schedule.
  • Attention to detail: identify potential compliance issues pre‑submission.
  • Software knowledge:
    Air Table, JIRA, 1

    Password, Google Suite, Confluence, Photoshop.
  • Communication: articulate and confident, able to convene cross‑functional teams.
  • Passion for gaming and partnership success.
