A senior product manager responsible for the full product lifecycle for Playlink, a crypto casino and sports book platform.

Superduper is an innovative iGaming company offering a comprehensive suite of crypto‑focused products, including sports book and casino experiences. By combining cutting‑edge technology with a deep understanding of the crypto space, we aim to revolutionise the betting and gaming experience for a global audience.

You will own, optimise, and deliver the product roadmap for Playlink, delivering best‑in‑class casino and sports book experiences. The role requires ownership and hands‑on product management skills, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record.

• Own and deliver the product roadmap across Casino, Sports book, Payments, Onboarding, VIP features, and core UX flows.
• Define and communicate product vision aligned with Playlink’s commercial strategy.
• Identify new opportunities across casino, sports betting, and player engagement.
• Analyse market trends, competitor features and emerging technologies.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery for new casino and sports book features.
• Own the feature lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Scale and optimise the casino portfolio, including 3rd‑party integrations.
• Drive sports book innovation by working closely with the trading team.
• Iterate rapidly on onboarding, payments, casino UX and sports book flows.
• Gather and integrate player feedback across all key touchpoints.
• Champion product alignment across engineering, design, VIP, marketing, operations, and executives.
• Translate commercial strategy into actionable product plans.
• Communicate risks, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Data to ensure all decisions are data‑driven.

• 5+ years senior product management experience within iGaming.
• Proven track record of high‑velocity delivery.
• Understanding of casino mechanics, sports book UX and betting markets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in Web3 is considered a plus.
