As a CRM Executive, you’ll be responsible for optimising all stages of the customer lifecycle to ultimately retain customers for longer, and ensure they are playing in a safe and responsible manner. This includes the creation, segmentation and execution of campaigns, as well as reporting on our main KPIs.
What you’ll be doing- Execution & ownership of all casino & High Value Customer CRM campaigns
- Manage the casino automated lifecycle, ensuring onboarding, active & reactivation campaigns are being regularly optimised, tested & reported on to maximise KPIs
- Ownership of main casino loyalty programmes (Prize Wheel & Weekly Rewards Club), ensuring they are regularly refined and tested to deliver against Retention Rates & Player Value goals
- Own and execute large seasonal campaigns (e.g., Summer & Christmas specials), which are used in both acquisition & retention channels
- Execute additional adhoc campaigns around new game releases, leaderboards & cashback specials
- Increase Retention Rates & Player Values of High Value Customers by executing strategic changes and additional sub‑campaigns in collaboration with the High Value Customer team
- Management of the primary High Value Customer loyalty programme (Elite Club), ensuring this is regularly refined and tested to deliver against Retention Rates & Player Value goals
- Supporting the High Value Customer team in utilising our world class sponsorship assets
- Managing a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in‑app messaging
- Managing content creation with the help of the creative department
- Ensuring the Betway websites are up to date and optimised, particularly the app & mobile site
- Competitor analysis to better understand our positioning in the market

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively

- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs

- Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple assignments whilst liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
