Casino Cashier holding a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL). Responsibilities include handling all monetary transactions within the casino cage, exchanging chips for cash, processing debit card transactions, redeeming tickets, and maintaining accurate financial records. Requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.

• Observe conditions and requirements of the Cashdesk Procedure Manual, Guidelines, directives, and applicable legislation.
• Ensure accurate completion of all company records and paperwork in accordance with procedures and accounting guidelines.
• Investigate queries from head office or in‑house.
• Carry out all cash and electronic transactions: exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, payouts.
• Exchange chips, tokens, and tickets for cash accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer buy‑ins and payouts while following cashdesk procedures.
• Update points/player tracking for customers.
• Maintain all ATMs.
• Process all banking.
• Verify and record all financial transactions in the casino’s accounting system.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, anti‑money‑laundering (AML) laws, and casino security procedures.
• Assist with count operations, including counting and securing large sums of cash.
• Provide excellent customer service, address guest inquiries, and resolve minor disputes professionally.
• Report suspicious activities or policy violations to supervisors immediately.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity when handling customer and financial information.
