Description
Our client, a leading gaming company is looking to hire a Game Balance Specialist to help craft a new, unannounced game. We are looking for a game balance specialist to join their team and take responsibility for testing the balancing, tuning, and player‑facing experience of various gameplay and meta features for different player cohorts across the player lifecycle.
Responsibilities- Playtest in-development core gameplay and meta features to provide feedback on how target player cohorts will engage with the same.
- Collaborate with meta designers, game mode designers, combat designers, and other departments to gauge alignment of features to stated design goals, and suggest improvements to better align these features with player preferences and expectations.
- Collaborate with meta designers and product managers to gauge the value and satisfaction players of different spend profiles attain from various product offerings.
- Collaborate with UX
