We are looking for a Casino Cashier who holds a valid UK Gaming Licence (PFL). The role requires exceptional attention to detail, customer service skills, and strict adherence to gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Observing all Cashdesk Procedure Manual guidelines and relevant legislation
- Ensuring accurate completion of company records and accounting documentation
- Investigating queries from head office or in‑house
- Carrying out all cash and electronic transactions (exchanges, chip redemptions, debit transactions, ATM, payouts)
- Updating points/player tracking for customers
- Maintaining ATMs and handling all banking operations
- Recording all financial transactions in the casino’s accounting system
- Ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, AML laws and casino security procedures
- Assisting with cash counts and securing large sums
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving disputes
- Reporting suspicious activities or policy violations
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer and financial data
- On It – Demonstrates responsiveness and initiative by anticipating needs
- Upbeat and Positive Attitude – Maintains a professional, enthusiastic, solution‑oriented demeanour
- Be Nice – Treats guests, team members, and stakeholders with courtesy and respect

Please Note:
You must be aged 18 or above and have the right to work in the UK. The position requires working nights, evenings, weekends and flexible shifts that coincide with a 24/7 trading week. Casino Cashiers will spend a large portion of their shift on their feet working directly with the public.
