The Role

As Head of Casino/Operations Lead you will drive casino performance across one of our latest new brands, ensuring we meet and exceed commercial targets. You will take an active role in shaping strategy, analysing data, navigating regulatory requirements and optimising the full player lifecycle. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and brings a sharp commercial and analytical mindset.

What

You Will Do
  • Strategy and Performance - Support delivery of the casino strategy to hit and exceed market targets. Identify growth opportunities early and translate them into clear actions. Build strong relationships with game providers to unlock high-value content, promos and exclusives. Monitor and interpret KPIs to optimise performance across products and campaigns.
  • Reporting and Insights - Own the monthly casino performance review for brand, delivering data-driven insights and recommendations. Conduct competitor reviews and product gap analysis to maintain a market-leading position.
  • Marketing and Player Engagement - Work closely with acquisition and retention stakeholders to optimise funnel performance. Collaborate with brand marketing to ensure local market consistency in look, feel and tone. Ensure all digital properties and inventory reflect best-in-market content and experiences. Partner with CRM teams to optimise every stage of the player lifecycle with relevant and impactful promotions.
  • Product and Stakeholder Influence - Build strong cross-functional relationships across product, development, compliance, marketing and commercial teams. Provide the UK leadership team with valuable market insight to refine strategy and execution. Influence product roadmaps using data, trends and player behaviour insights. Lead gamification initiatives and drive continuous improvements in core casino experiences, including game ordering, provider onboarding and promotional tooling. Stay on top of industry and market innovations to maintain a best-in-class product offering.
What

You Bring
  • Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Experience in online casino or igaming with an understanding of player behaviour and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience managing or coordinating specialist casino teams.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data and insights.
  • Ability to present findings, proposals and results clearly to internal teams.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of multi-jurisdiction gambling regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience designing or delivering retention strategies.
