AI Operations Manager

Goodspeed Studio - Award-winning AI software agency

As the first operations hire, you will transform Goodspeed from a high-touch services business into a productised engine. You will build and manage AI agents using Claude to automate delivery, resource tracking, and project health. This internal role focuses on scaling our systems from 20 to 50+ people while maintaining elite delivery standards.

Remote (UK/EU preferred)

• Join the Bubble Agency of the Year 2024 and work at the absolute frontier of AI-driven software development every single day
• Influence the company’s trajectory as the first dedicated ops hire, with a clear 12-month path to leading your own delivery team
• Work directly with the founder (ex‑Google) in a high‑velocity environment that prioritizes building systems over attending unnecessary meetings

• Build and maintain AI agents and automated systems using Claude to handle resourcing, scope tracking, and documentation
• Design and implement repeatable SOPs and no-code automations in Click Up and Slack to decouple headcount growth from operational overhead
• Analyze delivery metrics and utilization data to build real‑time dashboards that flag project risks and margin creep before they occur

• 3 to 6 years of experience in operations or project management within an agency, consultancy, or high‑growth tech environment
• AI-native professional who already uses LLMs and automation tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier) to optimize their daily professional workflows
• Systems thinker who excels at turning operational chaos into structured data and has a passion for “productising” service‑based delivery patterns
