Fire Alarm Project Manager – Training Provided – £55,000 + Company Car + Bonus

Excellent opportunity for a Senior Fire Alarm Engineer looking to step into Project Management. Full training and support provided by an experienced projects team.

We are currently recruiting for a Fire Alarm Project Manager to join a well-established and growing fire and security systems company working across a key site in London. This role is ideal for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Supervisor who is ready to progress into project management.

The successful candidate will work closely with an experienced projects team and will receive full support while developing the skills required to manage fire alarm installation projects from start to completion.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a strong salary package, company car, bonus scheme, and long-term career progression within a stable and growing organisation.

Role

• Assisting with the management of fire alarm installation projects from handover through to completion

• Supporting senior Project Managers with project planning and scheduling

• Coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Attending site surveys and client meetings across London

• Ensuring works are completed to BS 5839 standards

• Supporting health & safety compliance across sites

• Assisting with procurement of materials and equipment

• Providing progress updates to clients and management

• Assisting with project documentation including RAMS and handover packs

Experience Required

• Full UK driving licence

• Strong background working with fire alarm systems

• Experience as a Senior Fire Alarm Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Supervisor

• Good knowledge of fire alarm installation practices

• Understanding of BS 5839 and fire safety standards

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Desire to progress into a Project Manager role
