Overview

We are looking for a Mobile, Multi Skilled Engineer to join our Building Services team in London.

What you’ll do
  • Day to day servicing of the Electrical Infrastructure and the ability to carry out breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical systems and equipment
  • Conduct PPM and planned maintenance, response, and fault analysis within service level agreements.
  • Carry out fault finding and plant adjustments, check and inspect electrical services, plant, and systems, and complete maintenance tasks in accordance with contract specification
  • Be aware of Safe Systems of Work and its application, performed under the terms of the contract.
  • Assist with carrying out sub-contractor inductions and putting people safely to work
  • When required, conduct reactive and extra work requirements in adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with HASAWA legislation and Our Way of Working
What you'll bring to the role
  • A Technical Background, either mechanically or electrically qualified, with strong experience in Building Services Engineering.
  • Demonstrate understanding of statutory compliance HVAC and Water Treatment.
  • Health & Safety IOSH Working Safely qualification or similar.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience in a customer facing role.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
