Are you an early-career engineer eager to gain hands-on experience in construction projects? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), supporting the pre-construction phase from design through procurement while collaborating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Your Main Duties
Responsibilities- Design & Coordination:
Support coordination with architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders in the design and development of MEP systems. - Review MEP design drawings, layouts, and specifications for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Tender & Procurement:
Assist in preparing material take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP systems. - Support the preparation of scope of works and Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for suppliers and subcontractors.
- Testing & Commissioning:
Support testing and commissioning activities to verify that MEP systems operate as designed and meet performance and energy-efficiency requirements. - Assist in preparing commissioning documentation and reports as required.
- Compliance, Health & Safety:
Ensure that all MEP systems are designed and installed in compliance with applicable building codes, statutory regulations, safety standards, and project-specific requirements. - Support the implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures related to MEP works.
You are either beginning your professional journey or ideally, have a few years of experience, with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Your assets- Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Appetite for learning and gaining experience
- A degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or a related field (preferred).
