We are looking for an experienced Security Systems Estimator to join our growing team in Harlow. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded estimator who understands security systems and wants to play a key role in driving business growth.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate, competitive estimates and proposals for security installation projects, ensuring compliance with British Standards while maintaining agreed profit margins. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver winning tenders, build strong relationships, and help expand our market presence.

• Review tender enquiries and prepare detailed cost estimates
• Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
• Submit accurate, compliant proposals on time
• Identify risks and ensure profitable project delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business growth through new opportunities and account development

• Minimum 3 years' experience in security systems estimating (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of NACOSS, BAFE SP203/BS5839 and relevant British Standards
• Confident interpreting drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Commercially aware with strong negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Experience with estimating software, CRM and Microsoft Office

Relevant qualifications (FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G) are beneficial, but practical experience is key.
