Mace is proud to support ex-military talent and is inviting expressions of interest from service leavers and veterans who are looking to build a meaningful civilian career within our growing defence business. We deliver some of the UK’s most significant and complex defence infrastructure programmes, working closely with the Ministry of Defence (MOD), the Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), and strategic partners.

We welcome individuals who bring the leadership, resilience, teamwork and problem‑solving skills developed through military service.

• Former armed forces personnel exploring roles in consultancy or project delivery
• Strong organisational, communication or leadership skills
• Experience working in secure, high‑pressure or regulated environments
• A commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Eligibility for security clearance (SC) (or existing clearance)
