Location: Based in London on a hybrid basis.

Contract: Permanent, full-time.

Salary: Competitive dependant on experience, plus benefits

Benefits include:
  • Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays.
  • Bonus: 5% annual bonus.
  • Pension Contributions:
    Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with up to 7.5% employee contribution 15% employer contribution.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team, responsible for the successful delivery of digital and IT systems that support the design, construction, and long‑term operation of the Sizewell C power station.

You will lead cross‑functional projects that span enterprise IT systems, engineering tools, construction technologies, data platforms, and collaboration tools. You will ensure that digital and IT initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with project and business goals.

About You
  • Strong track record of delivering IT and digital projects in large, complex organisations.
  • Experience in infrastructure, engineering, energy, or regulated sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Prince2 Practitioner, APM or equivalent).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The Sizewell C team is one of the most exciting and largest new mega projects in the UK, whilst being at the forefront of the UK's climate change agenda and energy policy. We have begun constructing a 3.2‑gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast in the East of England replicating, wherever possible, the design used for Hinkley Point C, another nuclear power station being built in Somerset.
