Specification Sales Manager

The Specification Sales Manager is responsible for driving the specification of Coopers Fire fire curtain systems across Singapore and the wider South East Asia region. This role focuses on early-stage engagement with architects, fire engineers, consultants, developers, and contractors to ensure compliant fire safety solutions are properly specified and understood.

This is a specification-led role centred on technical advocacy, education, and long-term relationship building, working closely with JEC’s commercial team and manufacturer partners to support regional growth.

• Develop and implement specification strategies to secure early inclusion of fire curtain systems in project designs
• Engage architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities at concept and design stages
• Deliver CPD presentations and technical briefings to promote compliant fire safety standards and best practices
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance to ensure correct product selection and regulatory compliance
• Track project pipelines and support conversion of specifications into secured projects
• Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer technical teams on complex applications
• Maintain accurate reporting on market activity, opportunities, and project status
• Support industry engagement activities, seminars, and marketing initiatives

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Services, or related discipline
• Relevant experience in specification sales within the construction, fire safety, façade, MEP, or life safety sectors
• Good understanding of construction design processes and regulatory environments in Singapore and/or South East Asia
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
